The grapes were carefully selected and completely destemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation took place in mills with robotized step at a controlled temperature of 77 °F.
Garnet colored wine with aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and rounded with balanced acidity and with ripe and elegant tannins.
